Refund Policy

Refund Policy

1. Please take note that refund requests are only accommodated if made within 15 days after the date of delivery.

2. If refund requests are made after 15 days because of quality issue, 30% will be charged for proofreading and 50% for rework that needs to be done. This is computed based on the page count of the file.

3. Refund request are only applicable for category A (Excellent) and B (Good) quality of the source material.

4. Before refund requests are granted, another round of proofreading is implemented.

5. If after the revalidation, we found out that it failed to meet our quality standards only then can a refund request will be accepted. We will provide a revised copy to our client.

6. Refund requests for handwritten documents or unclear source files are not accepted. The same is true for rush orders.

7. We cannot vouch for High accuracy for rush orders and difficult quality documents. Rework is also not accommodated.

8. The turnaround time starts only upon the completion of the payment, and not from the time of file upload.

9. A customer is eligible for only one offer per order.
